Deepseek has moved its flagship V4-Pro out of the testing phase and released its agent software, Harness v0.1, under the MIT license. API prices are going up at the same time, with cache hits jumping to six times their current cost. For agent workflows that repeatedly read the same files, that's the biggest price increase in the transition. The article Deepseek ships improved V4 Pro, open-sources its agent software, and raises API prices appeared first on The Decoder .
Ford said today that its next-generation electric vehicle - recently dubbed Fathom - will go into production at the automaker's recently overhauled Louisville Assembly Plant in the first quarter of 2027. Minor Changes #15113 b8fd112 Thanks @BSFishy ! - Add local dev simulation for Cloudflare Access ctx.access.getIdentity() You can now configure a mock Cloudflare Access identity in wrangler.json so that ctx.access.getIdentity() returns it during local development. // wrangler.json { "access" : { "dev" : { "aud" : " my-app-aud-tag " , "identity" : { "email" : " user@example.com " , "name" : " Test User " } } } } #15152 f0f2054 Thanks @GregBrimble ! - [private beta]: Updates the --ignore-defaults flag to --ignore-base-config on wrangler preview commands. --ignore-base-config now only takes effect on Preview creation, rather than on each deployment, since Preview base configuration is now copy-on-create rather than inherit-on-deploy. #14872 339509d Thanks @dario-piotrowicz ! - Add automatic update prompts for out-of-date Cloudflare agent skills When Cloudflare skills were previously installed by Wrangler and the upstream cloudflare/skills repository has newer content, Wrangler now offers to update them after eligible commands complete. To reduce prompt fatigue, the update check only runs once a month (30 days since the last install or update). Declining suppresses the prompt until the next upstream change. When declining an update, Wrangler offers the option to permanently disable future update prompts. This preference is stored globally in ~/.wrangler/agents-skills-install.jsonc . The WRANGLER_NO_SKILLS_UPDATE_PROMPTS=true environment variable can also be used to suppress prompts. The --install-skills flag remains available regardless of these settings. It is not enough now for war to kill, it must eradicate a people’s cherished and precious heritage too Wars may not take summer holidays, but they do sometimes see exhaustion. As drones race back and forth across Ukraine and the strait of Hormuz, a grim stalemate seems to have invaded the earth beneath. Aerial bombardment knows limited resistance and even less victory or defeat. Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Iran and their allies seem able to defy diplomacy and drop bombs on each other for ever. At which point the outside world can merely count some of the costs. Vladimir Putin’s known desire to eliminate Ukraine’s historical identity has led to its cultural devastation. Two weeks ago Unesco reported the destruction or dereliction of 545 of its historic buildings, including 156 religious sites and 43 museums. The attempted eradication of what Putin himself claims to be an intrinsic part of Russia’s own history is sickening. Suno is releasing Studio 2.0 with significant upgrades that push it closer to an actual digital audio workstation (DAW), rather than a bare-bones audio editor with generative AI features. The biggest addition is undoubtedly MIDI support. Suno says that MIDI was its most requested feature, and it's basically a prerequisite for any modern DAW. Unfortunately, […]
My drive of the 2027 Corvette Grand Sport X began under oily black clouds, a torrential weather front releasing its grip on Manhattan - an inauspicious start for any mega-powered sports car. Rain pelted the waterlogged pavement, as I set course for the mountain-man roads of the Catskills, then on to Long Island and New […]

Microsoft is simplifying Copilot by combining its consumer and business apps, and dropping AI-generated podcasts, Group Chats, Deep Research, and its Mico character.
Imagine a trio of bumbling, English lads who fantasize about becoming megastars while knocking back a few pints in a grimy pub somewhere in London. Picture the guys chortling and trying to one-up each other's idealized visions of the future with a series of increasingly glitzy fantasies in which their fame leads to access to […]
